A bill will not save

Tap Save and read the field-specific message. For a recurring bill whose amount is not known, select Repeat bill and Enter manually. Fixed recurring bills need both the current Amount Due and a positive Fixed amount each cycle.

Widgets

Open the list’s widget settings and enable Allow in Widgets. Add a BILL HUB widget from your Home Screen and select that list. Quick Add choices must be entered manually. iOS controls when widget displays refresh.

Forgotten PIN

Use the private-details reset option. This permanently erases the private vault for all contacts and lets you create a new PIN. It does not erase ordinary app records. We cannot recover your PIN or erased private details.

Backup and restore

Use Settings → Backup & Restore to export ordinary records. Keep exports in a safe location. Restoring replaces ordinary records rather than merging them. Private vault details are excluded from these backups.

BILL HUB records payments made elsewhere; it does not pay bills or access your bank.
